The order will arrive in 5 - 10 business days (standard rate: S/ 20).

Our delivery hours are between 9 am and 6 pm.
If you are not available in these time ranges, don't worry, we'll handle it. Once your order is placed, send us an email (info@cubsfam.com) with your order number.
Can I cancel my order?
We will gladly help you cancel a purchase.

I was not at home when my order arrived, what do I do?
We can wait up to ten minutes outside your house, no problem.
In any case, if you could not receive the shipment, do not worry. Contact us to coordinate another delivery info@cubsfam.com). We re-schedule it in 1-2 business days or on another date you prefer. Each additional shipment costs S/ 10.
They marked my order as "delivered" but I haven't received it.

What forms of payment do we accept?
We accept the following means of payment:

• PagoEfectivo: bank transfers and deposits.
• Coinbase Commerce: BTC, ETH, USDC, among other cryptocurrencies.

¿Como pago con PagoEfectivo?
La opción de PagoEfectivo está dentro de la pasarela de pago que usamos (MercadoPago).
Para pagar con PagoEfectivo debes primero seleccionar MercadoPago, y luego elegir la opción de PagoEfectivo. La misma pasarela te ayudará a completar el pago.
De esta manera, podrás hacer el pago con transferencia bancaria o en efectivo.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional items that cannot be returned:

Downloadable Software Products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that was opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@cubsfam.com and send your item to: Av. Madre de Dios N°1087, Puerto Maldonado, PE-MDD, 17001, Peru.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gifter decided to have the order shipped and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gifter and they will find out about your return.
Shipment
To return your product, you must send it by mail to: Av. Madre de Dios N°1087, Puerto Maldonado, PE-MDD, 17001, Peru.
Shipping costs to return your item are at your own expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary.
If shipping an item over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the return of your item.
T-Shirts
Do your T-Shirts shrink?
They don't shrink.
In any case, we recommend following the washing instructions.
Can I put it in the washer and dryer?
Yes you can. We recommend washing with cold water and tumble drying on low heat.
