In case our logistics partner does not arrive at the exact address that you indicate. We will contact you personally to coordinate the shipment as an extraordinary case or to proceed with the full refund.

I arrive and I could not receive it
If we arrive at your house and no one is available to receive the order, we will contact you to re-schedule the delivery (within 24-48 hours). Each additional shipment will have a price of S/ 15.
